Are there any refunds or exchanges if I cannot attend?
There are no refunds or exchanges for The Christmas Train tickets and we highly recommend that you verify your dates with family and friends before purchasing. If tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed they cannot be replaced, and tickets are only valid for the event date they were issued.
Do I still need a ticket to enjoy The Christmas Train if I’m not riding the train?
A ticket is required for entry to Dry Gulch, U.S.A. and all activities. We would love for more guests to enjoy all that The Christmas Train has to offer, but space is limited for each night of operation.
What can I bring with me?
You are welcome to bring your cameras to The Christmas Train and pictures are permitted everywhere except inside Santa’s Palace, where you may purchase photos with Santa. We do have designated areas for smoking and tobacco use, but we do not allow profanity, alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs, or firearms on our premises. There are lots of places to purchase food and drinks, so we ask that you leave your coolers at home. Please no pets.
