Why must I purchase tickets in advance?
Space is limited for each night of operation. To best serve our guests and ensure that they are able to enjoy every aspect of the evening, we require advance ticket purchase for admission.
Where do I purchase my ticket?
Tickets may be purchased online at our Online Ticket Center or by calling 918.234.8100. Tickets are not available for purchase at the time of the event.
Are there any refunds or exchanges if I cannot attend?
There are no refunds or exchanges. We recommend that you verify your dates with family and friends before purchasing tickets. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Tickets are only valid for the event, date, and time for which they were issued.
What time should I arrive?
Your ticket time is your arrival time. You will not be admitted into the park or have food services available to you until your ticket time.
Where is The Christmas Train located?
The Christmas Train can be found at Dry Gulch, U.S.A., an Old West themed camp and retreat center located in Adair, Oklahoma. On select nights in November and December, Dry Gulch is transformed into a winter wonderland and unforgettable holiday attraction the whole family can enjoy. What does my ticket include?
Your ticket to The Christmas Train includes your entrance into the park and the various gift shops and restaurants, one featured ride aboard an old-fashioned steam train, and an optional wagon ride and/or carousel ride at Dry Gulch, U.S.A. Food prices are typical of fast-food restaurants. Additional cost and/or age restrictions apply to photos with Old Saint Nick, arcade games, pony rides, and bumper cars.
Are there places to eat at the event?
We offer a variety of dining options and concessions throughout Dry Gulch, U.S.A. You can expect to find a tasty selection of food items available for purchase, including meal combos, hamburgers, barbecue sandwiches, cowboy chili, popcorn, bakery items, gourmet coffee, and more. Prices are comparable to fast-food restaurants.
May we bring our own coolers with food and drink?
Sorry, we do not permit coolers or outside food or beverages into Dry Gulch, U.S.A. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
This event is rain or shine. We do everything in our power to remain open for all event dates. The Christmas Train does not close for winter weather and does not give refunds or exchanges to those who are unable to attend their scheduled night due to weather conditions. In the rare case of a cancellation, we will post a notice online, as well as update our main phone recording at 918.234.8100.
What are will-call tickets?
Last-minute phone purchases do not allow adequate mailing time, so some guests may need to pick up their tickets at our will-call kiosks upon arrival. Our friendly workers will be on hand to assist with will-call tickets at the Visitor Center.
What can I bring with me?
Camcorders and cameras are welcome everywhere except inside the Grand Palace, where guests may purchase photos with Santa. Profanity, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and firearms are not permitted on the premises. Smoking and tobacco use is permitted in designated areas only. No pets are allowed.
Is this event wheel chair accessible?
Most of the streets of Dry Gulch, U.S.A. are paved, and wheel chairs may access all of our main attractions, including the train depot, theater, gift shops, and dining areas.
